There's no better way to serve the community, than to get to know your community

At the Eagles Organization, we fully recognize where we come from. Some of us were born with opportunities at our fingertips, while others truly embraced and took on the challenges we faced growing up. Nevertheless, we all acknowledge that it was the influence of mentors and others who have positively influenced our lives with perspective and real-world assistance- that has positively shaped us for success in the world.

Founder of Military Mutual, Derek Barksdale, joins Brian Levett, president of Delta Epsilon of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity inc., at San Diego State University, to share his experience of being involved in a fraternity and how it helped him take a leadership role.

We've achieved noteworthy success. Now it's our turn to give back.
Here are ways we are impacting the community:

Mentorship Programs

We reach out to local schools to incorporate small group or personal mentorship "talks" that allow students to share their perspectives, and hear from experienced professionals with prudent advice.

Training & Education

Our engagement with school teachers and staff extends to incorporating educational material and programs that identify specific talking points that will help the students with customized training and reinforcement.

Speaking Engagements

Eagles Organization members actively assist with commencement speeches, school assemblies, classroom presentations, and other school functions to encourage students with insightful stories from real-world experience.

School Partnerships

We assist schools that share the same mentorship vision, by instilling consistent partnership opportunities to speak to students and engage in meaningful dialog.

We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.
